About MCS Wellness
MCS Wellness was created as an extension of MCS Fitness with the same mission we’ve always believed in, helping women feel healthier, stronger, and more confident.
As we continued working with women through fitness and wellness, we realized we wanted to support our community in even more ways beyond exercise alone. Since Taleisha is an experienced sonographer, we decided to expand our services to include both screening and diagnostic ultrasound services in a comfortable and welcoming environment.
At MCS Wellness, we believe women deserve to feel comfortable, supported, and cared for when it comes to their health. Our goal is to provide a more personal imaging experience, one where women feel informed, heard, and confident through every stage of life.
We proudly offer self-pay imaging services for patients with no insurance, high deductibles, or limited coverage. Digital receipts are available upon request for possible insurance reimbursement. Services may be performed with a physician or midwife order, or through self-referral depending on the exam type.
What’s the difference between screening & diagnostic ultrasounds?
Screening ultrasounds are preventive evaluations designed to provide a general assessment of specific areas of the body for proactive wellness monitoring. Diagnostic ultrasounds are more detailed exams used to evaluate symptoms, concerns, or follow-up findings. Both include a professional radiologist report. Physician referrals are accepted, and some applicable exams may not require a referral.
